iRNDOM is a product of EvoLearns. These terms govern use of the iRNDOM website, demo, and evaluation bundle.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to access and use of iRNDOM services, including the public website, live demo, and local evaluation bundle.
If you are evaluating iRNDOM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Evaluation Use
The evaluation bundle is provided for demonstration and validation purposes only. Do not use real production, PHI, PCI, or regulated data.
Use synthetic or redacted data during evaluation.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract internals from containers or services.
- Do not disrupt, overload, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Do not use the demo for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
iRNDOM and EvoLearns retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, documentation, and associated materials.
No rights are granted except as necessary to use the demo/evaluation as permitted by these Terms.
5. Disclaimers
The evaluation version and website are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Production SLAs, support, and contractual commitments are defined separately under a written agreement.
